- Payment Information -
If you are interested in purchasing online, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart and then completing the instructed checkout process. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders via PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account, we will send you an invoice and instructions will be included to complete your order. All checks must clear the bank before an order will be processed.  Online orders will be charged the full invoice before the order is processed.

- What is your return policy?-
All personalized items and printed social stationary products are final sales.  If an error is made by Thoughtful Expressions, it will be corrected at no cost to the customer.  If the error is made by the customer, the total of the original order and the additional cost for the reorder will be the customers responsibility.

- How long will my order take to arrive?-
Order processing times depend on the invidual manufacturer.  Generally for printed items, up to 6 weeks.  Rush orders are available.  Please contact Thoughful Expressions for additional specific questions.
